STORE POLICY

Honey and Rose is based in Australia. All items are in Australian Dollars.

PAYMENT

All payment is through Paypal. Paypal is a secure, online payment system that simply requires a credit card to pay.

SIZING

All womens' items are Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large

Small = Size 8-10

Medium = Size 12

Large = Size 14

Extra Large = Size 16

(These are Australian sizes)

Any questions regarding sizing please do not hesitate to contact us and we can provide exact measurements for you.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We do our best to maintain accurate inventory levels, however in the event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, you will be contacted within two business days and a refund will be issued or you may opt for an alternate item.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If , for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage charges on delivery and return of goods.

Please advise by email if you are returning a product and please return in its original condition with its packaging.

Refunds will be made to either your Paypal account or by direct deposit.
