POSTAGE AND HANDLING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
 
All items are sent using Australia Post Express mail. Following are the costs:
 
Up to 500g (1-4 items) - $7.10
Up to 3kg (over 4 items) - $10.00
 
Please note, as a guide, up to 500g would fit approximately 4 items (not including bulky items such as coats).
 
INTERNATIONAL
 
All items are sent using Australia Post Airmail service. (Unless another option is preferred). Following is a guide for parcels up to 500g (1- 4 items):
 
Uninsured postage - between $11.00 - $14.00 (depending on location)
Insured postage - between $19.00 - $22.00 (depending on location)
 
For any order over 500g, the total postage will be advised upon checkout.
 
Please contact us if you would like insurance so we can add the cost to the item. Insurance costs approximately $8.00.
 
500g = approximately 1.1 pounds
3kg = approximately 6.61 pounds
 
 
DELIVERY
 
Your item will be sent in 1-2 business days of payment clearing.
 
Within Australia - please allow 1-3 business days for delivery once package is sent.
 
International - please allow 3-10 business days for delivery once package is sent.
 
A confirmation email will be sent once item is posted.
 
Unfortunately Honey and Rose cannot accept responsibility for any item that is lost or damaged in transit. Within Australia, we send items Express post to ensure speedy delivery and tracking if necessary. Insurance is a recommended option for International orders.
